NEW ORLEANS – Old Dominion University football wide receiver Ali Jennings III and linebacker Jason Henderson earned first-team All-Sun Belt Conference honors, while offensive lineman Nick Saldiveri was named to the second-team, the Sun Belt announced on Thursday. Running back Blake Watson, defensive tackle Alonzo Ford Jr., safety R'Tarriun Johnson and punter Ethan Duane received honorable mention honors. The all-conference team was selected by the league's coaches and media members.

Jennings led ODU with 54 receptions for 959 yards and nine touchdowns, leading the conference with 106.6 yards per game and nine touchdowns. He recorded five, 100-yard receiving games, including an eight catch, 200-yard, three touchdown performance at East Carolina. He scored a touchdown in seven-straight games at one point during the year. His 106.6-yards per game is third best in the country.

Henderson leads the country with 186 tackles and has 74 more tackles than the No. 2 tackler in the Sun Belt, Carlton Martial of Troy. The 186 tackles are the third most in FBS history. Henderson recorded double figures in tackles in 11-of-12 games and is the only player in the country to have multiple 20+ tackle games this season. He led the team with 10 tackles for loss along with a sack and three pass breakups.

Saldiveri started 11 games on the offensive line, making 10 starts at right tackle and one at right guard. The Monarch offensive lineman did not allow a sack this season. Saldiveri made 35 career starts up front and has accepted an invitation to play in the Reese's Senior Bowl in February.

Watson had 158 carries for 918 yards and five touchdowns on the season. He netted a school record 259 yards and three touchdowns in ODU's 49-21 win at Coastal Carolina.

Ford registered 32 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss and five sacks.

Duane leads the Sun Belt with 28 punts downed inside the 20 and had 12 punts of 50 yards or more. His 42.9-yard average ranks fifth in the conference.

Johnson was second on the team and 10th in the Sun Belt with 88 tackles. He recorded a pair of sacks, four tackles for loss, a pass breakup and an interception.
