What is a Full-Service Tailgate?

Kaufman Mall is the go-to gathering spot for Monarch fans on football Saturdays. Beginning four hours before kickoff, the Kaufman Mall Fan Fest turns up with live music, a beer garden, a kids’ zone, and high-energy performances from the Monarch Marching Band, Cheer, and Spirit teams. And that’s just the start.

Skip the stress and tailgate the easy way. No hauling gear, no setup, no teardown—we handle it all. Simply select your package, and we’ll reserve your space, set everything up, and take it down when it’s time to head into the stadium. You just show up, soak in the atmosphere with fellow Monarchs, and enjoy game day.

Want to be right in the middle of the action? A full-service tailgate puts you front and center in the heart of the Fan Fest. Tailgates are available on a single-game basis, or you can lock in the fun with our 3-game or full-season packages.

Looking to elevate your experience? Choose from our catering and bartending options—or bring your own food and beverages to make it your own.

How It Works

  1. Select a game and choose your tailgate package.  Add on catering (food and/or beverage) or BYO!
  2. We set up your personalized tailgate in one of our prime locations on Kaufman Mall.
  3. Simply show up on gameday and enjoy!  Kaufman Mall opens 4 hours prior to kick off.  
  4. Head on into the game and we'll handle all of the breakdown and clean up so you can head straight home after the game!

Contact a member of our sales team and let them know the game and the estimated group size.  Our representatives will walk you through all of the options and availability for the game(s) you are interested in tailgating.

Full-Service Tailgating FAQ

Full-service tailgates are available throughout all of Kaufman Mall, ranging from Webb Center to Hampton Blvd.  

Locations are based on availability.  Larger tailgates with an estimated size of 100-500 fans are typically reserved on the front side of Kaufman Mall closes to Webb Center.  Additional locations are available on both the square closest to Hampton Blvd. as well as under the tree line along Hampton Blvd. on the campus side of the wall.  

Please contact a sales representative for available locations for the game(s) you wish to attend.

Yes!  Notify your sales representative that you wish to bring additional items for your tailgate.  There will be a load in availabe which ends 4.5 hours prior to kickoff.  Work with your sales representative on exact times for the game you are interested in attending.  

Yes!  We offer catering packages through our official on-campus concessionaire, Aramark.  We offer food and beverage programs for groups of all sizes.  Beverage programs include cash bars, open bars and drink tickets.  Additional information and pricing is available through your sales representative. 

Due to logistical limitations and communication, we will only allow approved University caterers on the premisis.  To request a specific vendor/caterer, please reach out to your sales representative for approval.  

However, groups can drop off their own food and beverage in advance by coordinating with your sales representative.  The tailgate just cannot be catered on site by an outside vendor.
