Download the ODU Sports APP
ODU Sports has a new mobile APP! Get all the lastest ODU news, scores and promotions from the ODU Sports Mobile App. Seemlessly log into your ticket account (My Account 2.0) to manage your tickets! Access, download, transfer or resell with just a click few clicks of a button.
For iPhone users who previously downloaded the ODU Sports App, your App should refresh to the new platform with the next update. For new users, download the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Full step-by-step instructions on how to access, transfer and resell your tickets are listed below as well as answers to frequently asked questions.
Access My Tickets
- Download and open the ODU Sports App on your mobile device.
- Click "Tickets" in the menu on the bottom right hand corner.
- Sign in to your ticket account using the email address associated with your ticket account.
- Your tickets are listed under "My Upcoming Events".
- Choose "Add to Wallet" or "Transfer to send to another attendee.
- Click "Next" and "Done" to complete the process of adding your tickets to your mobile wallet. Have your mobile ticket ready to scan at the gate.
Transfer My Tickets
- Log into your My Account through the ODU Sports App
- Select "Manage Tickets"
- Select the game and tickets you would like to transfer.
- Enter the first and last name and phone or email address of the recipient.
- Review transfer and select "Transfer Tickets" once ready.
Accept a Transfer
- The person receiving the transfer will receive a text message or email with a link to accept the transfer.
- The recipient will be prompted to login and accept the tickets. Please note, if the recipient does not already have an existing ODU ticket account, they will be required to create one. The recipient must use the phone number or email the transfer was sent to for the tickets to appear in the account.
- Once logged in, the recipient can accept or decline the transfer. Once accepted, they will be prompted to add the tickets to their mobile wallet.
To see if your recipient has accepted the transfer, you can review pending transfers from your online account under "Pending Transfers".
Sell on SeatGeek
SeatGeek is the official ticket marketplace of ODU Atheltics.
- Select "Sell on SeatGeek from the main menu.
- Select the game(s) you wish to list on SeatGeek. Sign in to your SeatGeek account or create one. Finalize the settings on SeatGeek and click "List Ticket(s)".
