March 6, 2014 Senior Night - Ted Constant Convocation Center
The Monarchs will celebrate senior Anton Larsen’s final home game prior to the men's basketball team's contest with East Carolina. Ceremonies will be held pre-game, prior to tip-off. Anton will sign autographs following the game in the Guest Services Booth in the lobby of the Ted. Tip-off for both games is 7:07 p.m.
Season ticket holders can redeem their unused single game tickets from this past season for free, general admission seats Thursday. Present your tickets at the box office.
RADIO The Monarchs radio broadcasts are on ESPN 94.1 in Hampton Roads; WZEZ 100.5 in Richmond and WBRG 104.5 FM & 1050 AM in Lynchburg, Va. Play-by-Play announcer is Ted Alexander. Billy Mann will serve as color analyst for all home games. Dave Twardzik will be a contributor to Monarch Courtside pre-game show at home games and color commentary for all road games. Rick Kiefner will host the Monarch Courtside program at home games.

Richard Ross and Denzell Taylor both had six rebounds. ODU shot .564 from the floor.Paris Campbell led ECU with 21 points. ODU outrebounded ECU, 36-29.
LAST GAME The Monarchs lost a Charlotte, 74-63 Sunday. Aaron Bacote led with 17 points followed by Ambrose Mosley with 12 off the bench and Dimitri Batten with 10. Denzell Taylor led the Monarchs in rebounding with seven. ODU shot .500 from the field, but Charlotte shot .517 and outrebounded the Monarchs, 35-25.
THIS DAY IN ODU HISTORY March 6, 1982 –Billy Mann scored 19 and Mark West 10 to lead the Monarchs to a 58-57 win over James Madison in the ECAC South Championship game at Norfolk Scope. ODU reached the finals after beating George Mason and Richmond.
