Hana Ogino joined the Old Dominion Athletics Department in February of 2023.
Ogino came to ODU after spending the 2022 season as the athletic trainer for the Coastal Carolina baseball team.
Prior to joining CCU, Ogino spent time as an athletic trainer at Stanford and before joining the Cardinal, she worked at UC San Diego and San Diego State.
Before that she worked for a year with the Tulsa Oilers of the ECHL. She began in college athletics in 2015 as an athletic training aide with the Stanford football team.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Chukyo University in Japan where she was the chief student athletic trainer for four years. She earned her masters degree from Oklahoma State in 2022.
