ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Old Dominion Swimmer Zach Redding set his third school record in two days at the Navy Invitational by winning the 100 freestyle in a time of 42.52 on the third and final day.
The ODU men finished the event in fourth place, while the women’s squad finished in fifth.
The record by Redding was his third at the event, as he set new Monarch marks in the 100 butterfly and 200 free on Friday.
The third and final day of the Navy Invitational began with Gabriella Gonzalez finishing in 11th in the 1650 freestyle with a time of 17:17.46 and Sophia Kapla taking 12th in a time of 17:18. 60.
Grey Bremer finished in sixth in the men’s 1650 free with a time of 15:50.72.
Bryce Mortimer grabbed a third-place spot in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 1:57.98.
