GREENVILLE, N.C. – The Old Dominion women's golf team wrapped up its regular season on Tuesday, finishing seventh at East Carolina's Ironwood Invitational.
"We really enjoyed having the opportunity to play so close to home," said ODU Head Coach Mallory Kane. "It's a rare occasion in golf. We had a lot of friends and family who came to watch us compete. I am grateful for their support and encouragement. Hopefully we can find some positive momentum before the conference championship."
ODU opened the Invitational with a 14-over par 302 on Monday morning, good for fifth in the team standings.
