MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – Jacob Cobb won the 400 IM and Tara Enneking delivered a pair of. top-four finishes on day two of the West Virginia Invitational on Friday night.
 
Cobb won the 400 IM with a time of 3:56.87, edging out Nolan Danus of Villanova who finished in 3:57.93. Anthony Capizzi took 14thand Hugo Eriksson 16th.
 
Cobb followed the win in the 400 IM with a seventh place in the 100 backstroke with a time of 50.42. Noah Wilkins won the B-Final, while Hugo Eriksson came in 15th and Johnathan Walden 22nd.
 
A night after finishing second in the 200 IM, Tara Enneking placed third in the women's 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:03.19. She finished just over a second behind race winner Rachel Kimmel of St. Bonaventure and second place finisher Annie Tuttle of William & Mary. Gabby Tossi came in 10th, Julia de Camargo Gusso 16th, Callie Dunham 20thand Kristina Zachary 21st.
 
Enneking added to her impressive two days in the pool with a fourth-place spot in the 100 backstroke with a time of 54.90. Mary Dunworth won the C-Final to finish 17th while Peri Farling took 19th.
 
ODU opened the meet with a fifth-place finish in the 200-medley relay with a time of 1:45.89. The team consisted of Enneking, Gabby Tossi, Martina Ciriesi and Laila Webb.
 
The men's 200-medley relay team of Jacob Cobb, Hugo Eriksson, Liam Redman and Noah Wilkins also placed fifth, finishing in a time of 1:31.87.
 
In the 100 butterfly, Elin Kata Sigurgeirsdottir placed 19thwith a time of 58.95, while Madeline Willson took 22ndwith a time of 59.30.
 
In the men's 100 fly, Wilkins placed eighth with a time of 49.73. Redman placed 10thin the B-Final to finish 10th, while Oskar Iwarsson finished 16thand Gustaf Hansson 19th.
 
The 400 IM featured a sixth-place finish by Ciriesi with a time of 4:30.67. Tosi notched a 15th place spot, while Kristina Zachary won the C-Final to take 17thand Callie Dunham and Brynn Jewell finished 19thand 20th.
 
The 200 freestyle saw a 13thplace spot for Miranda Byrne with a time of 1:54.61. Brigid Donnelly came in 16th, while Peri Farling, Kinsey Rushevics and Laila Webb rounded out the C-Final.
 
Ryan Lincicum had a solid fifth-place showing in the men's 200 free, finishing with a time of 1:40.94. Carson Doll won the C-Final to place 17thand Thomas Ray coming in 21stand Liam Garbutt in 24th.
 
A.J. Profaca lifted a 13thplace finish in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 59.03, while Mason Schlang and Cason Forst finished 18thand 21st, respectively.

In the final event of the night, the 800 free relay, the women's squad of Webb, Brigid Donnelly, Rushevics and Miranda Byrne came in eighth with a time of 7:52.53.
 
The men's 800 freestyle relay team of Wilkins, Doll, Cobb and Lincicum finished second with a time of 6:45.88, placing just behind winner West Virginia in the final event of the night.
 
The third and final day of the WVU Invitational begins tomorrow at 10 a.m.
