ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Old Dominion University sailing finished in third place at the John Jackson Memorial Team Race over the weekend. The Monarchs also competed in the Navy Women's Spring Regatta and finished 15th.
ODU went 7-5 overall in 12 races to finish third at the John Jackson Memorial. Jack Elkin, Dreugh Phillips, Bridget Groble and John Glenn were skippers, while Abigail Tutt, Makalynne Dyer and Gavin Burkhart were Crew.
At the Navy Spring Women's, ODU finished in 15th place. The Division A squad of Olivia Windemuller and Emily Harrison had three top-10's to place 12th, while the Division B team of Hannah Pokorny, Colleen Baumann, Julia Williams-Portland and Tori Ewing took 15th, slotting in one top-10 finish.
