SERIES VS. SOUTHERN MISSODU leads 6-1. Southern Miss won its first ever game vs. ODU last year at the Constant Center, 75-60. The two schools first met in 1969-70 with ODU winning in Hattiesburg, 95-92.

LAST GAME
ODU lost at UTEP, 62-47 Saturday. ODU shot .308 from the field while UTEP shot .442. Jonathan Arledge led ODU with 17 points, while Earvin Morris and Julian Washburn both scored 15 for UTEP. ODU got within six, 48-42 with 3:02 left but could get no closer. Javonte Douglas led ODU with 8 rebounds followed by Arledge with seven.
