Wes Moulton is in his first season as a student assistant coach after two years on the Monarch roster.
An offensive lineman, Moulton redshirted his first season with ODU in 2010 and last season appeared in four games including Georgia State in week two, Hampton in week three, Villanova in week eight, and Norfolk State in the first round of the FCS playoffs.
An All-Eastern Region and All-Beach District at defensive and offensive tackle and First-Team All-Tidewater on defense, he helped Virginia Beach's Ocean Lakes High School's defense to only allow an average of 6.3 points and 150 yards a game. Additionally, he had 15 sacks and 15 tackles for loss.
Moulton's family includes father Ruben Moulton, mother Tanra Moulton, and stepmom Andy Moulton, along with two sisters, Dallas and Jeana, and one brother, Justin. He is majoring in criminal justice.
