Appeared in 10 games making starts at Campbell and against #12/13 William & Mary at defensive end...Made eight stops (1 solo, 8 assisted) including a season-high three tackles in games with Jacksonville and Campbell...

2009:
Started all 11 games at defensive end...Led the Monarch defense in tackles for loss with 11 stops for a total loss of 41 yards...Fourth on the ODU defense in total tackles with 49 (28 solo, 21 assisted)...Third on the Monarchs roster with five pass break-ups...Season-high nine tackles in the season finale at VMI...Recorded a 10-yard sack at Jacksonville in the Monarchs' FCS debut...Managed one forced fumble and a fumble recovery...Selected for the second straight year to attend the All American Bowl serving as an escort and mentor to the high school athletes attending...Was one of two ROTC cadets from South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and West Virginia to attend...
