Ran for nearly 1,400 yards on 210 carries along with 19 touchdowns during his senior season at Edison High School in Northern Virginia...A First Team All-District and Second Team All-Northern Region selection, Harper managed multiple touchdowns in five of the Eagle's games this season, including four in Edison's victory over Yorktown...During his junior campaign in 2008, Harper raced downfield for 897 yards on 86 carries with eight touchdowns.
