2017 (SR): Named to the NFHCA All-South Region First Team and repeated as an All-Big East First Team selection ... One of just six unanimous selections on the All-Big East First Team ... Also named to the Big East All-Tournament Team ... Started all 18 games ... Finished second on the team in scoring with 20 points on seven goals and six assists ... Recorded a hat trick in the win over Georgetown ... Also recorded a multi-goal game in the win over Providence, including the game-winner.

2016 (JR): Starting every game as a junior, Grega led the Lady Monarchs in scoring with 15 points off seven goals and one assist... Named first team All-BIG EAST and second team NFHCA All-South Region... Scored two goals against nationally-ranked Penn State (8/26) in the season opener and scored an unassisted goal against top-10 ranked Maryland (10/4)... Named to the NFHCA National Academic Squad... Selected to represent the United States on the U-21 Women's National Team.

2015 (SO): Tied for first on the team with 23 points, recording 11 goals and one assist ... Also tied for first on the team with two game-winning goals ... Played in all 19 contests as a forward ... Scored two goals in four different contests, including against UConn in the BIG EAST Tournament semifinals ... Scored a goal and dished out an assist in the win over Michigan State (9.4) ... A standout in the classroom, Grega earned CoSIDA Academic All-District, NFHCA National Academic Squad, NFHCA Scholar of Distinction, C-USA Commisioner's Honor Roll laurels and was a recipient of the Conference USA Commissioner's Academic Medal this year ... Selected to play in the USA Field Hockey Young Women's National Championship.
