Duke: The fourth ranked Blue Devil squad enters Sunday's game with a 4-1overall mark. The lone setback was tothe top ranked Wake Forest Demon Deacons last Saturday, a 1-3 loss. Other victories have included two wins overCAA rivals, a 9-0 win over James Madison and a 3-1 victory over Delaware. Sophomore forward Katie Grant leads Dukewith five goals and five assists for 15 points. Grant is 10^th in thenation in points, sixth in points per game, seventh in assists and assists pergame. Junior midfielder Johanna Bischofis second in the scoring category with 13 points on three goals and sevenassists. Bischof ranks third in thecountry in assists and assists per game.In goal, junior Morgan Dall and sophomore Christy Morgan have splitduties. Morgan, who has played amajority of the time in net collecting 210 playing minutes, holds a 1.33 goalsagainst average and .789 save percentage.Dall has played in 140 minutes and has not allowed a goal. As a team, the Blue Devils are secondnationally in scoring offense (6.20 goals per game) and margin of victory (5.40gpg), while also ranking seventh in scoring defense (0.80 gpg).

Angie Loy PLAYER OF THE WEEK:

Seniormidfield (Loysville, PA) was named theColonial Athletic Association (CAA) Field Hockey Player of the Week for theweek ending September 14th it was announced Monday by the conference office. Loy helped lead the Lady Monarchs to a pairof win over nationally ranked opponents last week, which included a 3-0 shutoutin the CAA opening win over William & Mary and a 4-2 victory over #10Connecticut. Loy totaled three goals and two assists on the week. She had ahand in all three of the Lady Monarchs goals against the Tribe, scoring two andassisting on the other. Defensively, Loy helped Old Dominion to their first shutoutof the 2003 season. Again the 10th-ranked Huskies, Loy registered a goal andassist.

Enteringthis week, senior midfielder Angie Loy is averaging a CAA best 3.00 points pergame, which ranks her third nationally. Additionally, the senior midfielder isaveraging 1.17 goals per game, ranking her second in the CAA and 12th in thecountry.
