NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University football completed its first week of fall camp on Saturday morning with their second full padded practice of camp.
A fast-paced practice that featured several periods of team drills, special teams and individual work.
Highlights
The offense was backed up inside the five to start the first team period, but Jeremy Cox ran for 12-yards and a first down on the first play.
Lawrence Garner disrupted a run for a five-yard loss.
Kesean Strong delivered the biggest play of practice, a 93-yard touchdown run. Strong started off the left side, cutback to the right, broke a tackle and ran down the sideline for the score.
Steven Williams connected with Nijee Cox for a 20-yard completion, and found Noah Ellison for a 25-yard gain as Ellison made a nine one-handed catch down the sideline.
Nick Rice kicked a 45-yard field goal.
Williams found Isaiah Harper for a 30-yard completion.
Damion Charity and Elijah Blue had pass breakups.
Christian Herbin recorded a sack.
Williams ended a goal line period with a touchdown pass to Keion White.
Nick Rice drilled a 42-yard field goal to end practice.
