ODU First After Day One of CCSA Championships

ATHENS, Ga. - Old Dominion University men's swimming and diving won the 200 medley relay on the first day of the Coastal Collegiate Sports Association (CCSA) Championship and the Monarchs lead with 134 points after day one.

The team of Anton Mikaelsson, Peter Durisin, Filip Svedberg and Parker Harp won the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:28.94.

Cory Moreno added to ODU's score with a third place finish in the 1-meter dive.

ODU finished the day with a second place spot in the 800 freestyle relay, as the team of Harp, Connor Davis, Ethan Apisa and Noah Wilkins completed the race in 6:39.45.

The championships continue tomorrow at 10 a.m. with the preliminaries, with the finals beginning at 6 p.m.
