NORFOLK, Va. -- Old Dominion is set to host the ODU Baseball Tournament this weekend, as the Monarchs welcome Delaware, Kentucky and Saint Joseph's to the Bud Metheny Complex for three days of baseball.
Old Dominion (3-0) takes on Delaware (0-3) on Friday at 4 p.m., Kentucky (0-4) on Saturday at 4 p.m. and St. Joe's (0-3) on Sunday at 3 p.m. All three games will be streamed live on CUSA.tv. For a complete tournament schedule, see below.
The Monarchs are coming off of a three-game sweep of LIU Brooklyn last weekend. ODU hit .379 as a team during the series, scoring 11 or more runs in all three victories. It marked the first time since 1993 that ODU opened a season with three consecutive games of 10 or more runs.
Nick Walker (.615, 1 HR, 6 RBIs), Culver Lamb (.667, 4 RBIs) and Shaun Wood (.556, 2 2B, 6 RBIs) paced the offense during the opening weekend, as six different starters hit .350 or better for the series.
On the mound, Adam Bainbridge (1-0, 0.00 ERA) will get the start on Friday followed by Morgan Maguire on Saturday (1-0, 3.60 ERA) and John Wilson on Sunday (1-0, 4.50 ERA).
In last year's ODU Baseball Tournament, the Monarchs went 2-1 with wins over Manhattan and Delaware and a loss to Virginia Tech.

Baseball voucher books can be purchased here for $50 and contain a total of 36 ticket vouchers. The ticket vouchers can be used at any of the 36 home ODU baseball games this season, including the Harbor Park game against Virginia Tech and the Key Dog Classic against VCU on May 10 at the Bud Metheny Complex.
