ATLANTA, Ga. - Old Dominion University men's tennis fell at No. 65 Georgia State 6-1 Saturday evening in Atlanta.
ODU drops to 0-2 overall and 0-1 in CAA play while the Panthers improved to 2-0.
Can Cetinel was the only Monarch to win in singles action, winning at the No. 6 position, 7-5, 6-4.
At No. 3, Carlos Lopez Villa dropped a tough two-set tiebreaker match to Matia Hatem, 6-4, 7-6 (7-3).
The Monarchs host their home opener on Friday, January 27 as they host George Washington at 3 p.m.
