NORFOLK, Va. - The Old Dominion field hockey team will complete its home-and-home series with both No. 2 Maryland and No. 16 Duke this weekend. The 19th-ranked Lady Monarchs will host the Terrapins on Friday at 5 p.m. and the Blue Devils on Sunday at 1 p.m.

Old Dominion (7-7, 4-1 CAA) has won six of its last seven contests and is coming off a 3-1 conference win at Hofstra on Sunday.

The Lady Monarchs have a plethora of CAA league leaders. Senior Paige Clutter has dished out a league-high 14 assists and goalkeeper Devon Seifert leads the CAA in goals-against-average (1.00), save percentage (82.6) and shutouts (4). Additionally, senior Loran Hatch paces the team and is second in the league with 30 points and 14 goals.

Maryland (12-1, 4-0 ACC) is coming off an 11-2 win against Pacific Sunday. The Terps took 43 shots in the game and their 11 goals were their highest total since 2000. Junior Jemma Buckley notched her first career hat trick off 12 shots and she added two assists in the game. Earlier this season, Maryland topped ODU 3-1 in College Park.

Duke (6-8, 0-4 ACC) is coming off a 3-1 road loss at No. 10 American. Emmie Le Marchand leads the Blue Devils with 11 points on five goals and an assist. The Lady Monarchs topped Duke in Durham on September 19, 2-1.

The first 100 fans at Friday's game against Maryland will receive Aluminum ODU Water Bottles.
