CHARLOTTE, NC- Old Dominion University junior golfer GeoffreyHarris (Reading, England) tied for second with Virginia's Steve Marino,one stroke behind Bill Haas of Wake Forest. Harris, who ranked second nationally in stroke average (70.0) shot a 69 and 70 for 139. Haas shot a 138 to win the rain shortened event.
As a team, ODU was 11th with a final score of 586 for 36 holes. Third rankedWake Forest won the tournament with a 570. ODU senior Michael Hospodar(Ontario, Canada) was 32nd with a 146. Old Dominion returns to action next week at the Furman Intercollegiate in Greenville, SC.
