Greg Allen joined the Old Dominion sports performance staff in 2016, and in 2019 was promoted to assistant director of sports performance.
Allen assists with all aspects of the strength and conditioning program for the ODU football team and is in charge of the strength program for the lacrosse team.
Allen came to ODU after one season as an intern strength and conditioning coach at Richmond.
Prior to Richmond he worked as an intern at Marshall for one year.
He started his strength and conditioning career working at Gorilla Strength and Fitness as a personal trainer.
Allen played football at West Virginia Wesleyan and graduate with a degree in exercise science. He earned a master’s degree in exercise science and health promotion from California University of Pennsylvania.
