Laura Cempel Season 2011-12

2012-13:
Ranked third ODU history in the 100 breast with a time of 1:04.53... Ranked fifth in ODU history in the 400 IM with a time of 4:26.28... Took seventh in the 200 medley relay at CAAs... Finished third in the consolation final and eleventh overall in the 400 IM at CAAs as well. Ranked seventh in school history in the 200 breast (2:22.63) and the 1650 free (17:05.99). Also ranked eighth all-time in the 1000 free (10:27.56) and tenth in the 500 free (5:02.11).
PREP:
Placed sixth in the 200 individual medley her senior year and ninth in the 500 freestyle at the Illinois states.

Born March 6, 1991... Daughter of Dan and Kathy Cempel... Has one sister, Sarah... Majoring in pyschology.
