2009-10: CAA Champion in the 200 back... Won the event hitting the wall with a first place time of 1:48.60....It was Ramkvist's second All-CAA honor in the 200 back and brings his total to eight all-conference accolades during his career with Old Dominion.
2008-09: Earned three All-CAA honors for his performance with the Monarch relay teams (200 free, 200 and 400 medley relay)...Won the 100 back (2:08.74) at the 2009 Swedish Nationals...Also placed placed third in the 50 backstroke (27.17) and fifth in the 200 backstroke (2:08.74) at his country's nationals...Member of the 800 free relay team that finished second at the CAA Championships and set a ODU record of 6:40.28...Also helped the 200 medley relay team to a second place finish at the conference championship and new ODU benchmark time of 1:31.37...Member of the 400 relay team that also placed second and set a new Monarch record of 3:17.75...
2007-08: Awarded four All-CAA honors including the 100 back, 200 back, 400 free relay, and 800 free relay....Also a member of the 800 free relay team that placed first at the CAA Championships and captured the second fastest time in ODU history (6:45.52)...Placed third at the CAA Championships swimming to a time of 51.06 for the second fastest time in ODU history...Time was also the Monarch's fastest of the season...Placed second in the 200 back, also capturing the second fastest time in ODU history (1:48.98)...Joined Wesley Murai, Chad Gangwer, and Patrik Balint in a second place finish in the 400 free relay (3:03.27), which was also the team's fastest time of the year...
