2012-2013: Took eighth at the Laser South while racing individually... Placed 11th in the C Division of the Navy Fall Regatta.
2011-12: Finished runner-up with Haley Garst in the Senators Cup B Division Race... Individually, placed fifth in the Laser South, 12th in the Navy Fall C Division Race and 13th in the Carl Van Duyne Race... In the spring, finished 13th with Colin Voigt in the A Division of the Charleston Coed and secured 14th place in the C Division of the Truxtun Umsted... Also captured third place in the C Division of the Admiral's Cup.
2010-11: Was Old Dominion's top finisher at the MAISA Men's Singlehanded Championships (11th) and the Laser South #1 (7th)... Finished third at the Laser South #2 in Annapolis and eighth in the D-Division at the Navy Fall Regatta...Teamed with Jill Fattibene for an eighth-place result in the B-Division at the MAISA Top 9 Invite.
2009-10: Finished eighth at the MAISA Men's Singlehanded Regatta... Competed in the Laser South #2 and finished a team-high fourth-place... Claimed ninth in the C-Division of the Admiral's Cup.
Prep: Transfer from the College of Charleston in South Carolina... Did not compete at Charleston, but is expected to make an immediate impact for the Monarchs co-ed team.
Personal: Born June 9, 1990... Son of Daniel and Alison Leon... Has two sisters, Molly and Jackie and one brother, Tyler.
