Career: 2002-03: Tunnicliffe had a very successful sophomore campaign winning ODU's first North American Women's Singlehanded Championship in November... Named a finalist for the Quantam Award, given to the nation's top female skipper... Had third place finishes in the District Dinghy and the District Singlehanded Championships... Recorded a first place finish at the BYO Radial regatta in September... Partnered with Fernandez to finish second at the Women's Fall Intersectional, third at the St. Mary's Women's Intersectional, and fifth at the Stu Nelson Trophy regattas...Led her squad to a fourth place finish at the Georgetown Team Race regatta in March... 2001-02: Turned heads with a third place showing at the BYO Radial last fall...Teamed with Liz Biondi to finish second at the Navy Fall Intersectional ... First victory came at the MAISA Freshman regatta at Old Dominion ... Also won the Navy Women's Intersectional ... Part of the B Division squad that helped win the National Championship ... Played a large role in the Monarchs' success this year despite her rookie status...Participated in cross country, track and swimming while at Perrysburg.
