Named head coach at Florida Southern in January, 2013... Former Monarch Ryan Sniegoski returns for his third full season as the Monarchs first assistant and eighth as a member of the coaching staff (2005-2012). Sniegoski focuses on all aspects of the program including recruiting, practice and game planning and administrative duties among others.
During Sniegoski's time on staff the Monarchs have compiled a record of 85-42-16 appearing in 5 NCAA tournaments including 2 sweet sixteen appearances. Sniegoski has coaches 4 All-Americans and two Freshman All Americans along with a number of all CAA Players.
Sniegoski played midfield for the Monarchs from 2000-2003 and was a key contributor for those squads, including garnering STIHL Classic All-Tournament team honors in 2002. He served as the Monarchs team captain in 2003 as ODU went 15-4-1 and reached the second round of the NCAA College Cup.
Sniegoski graduated from ODU in 2004 with a Bachelors of Science in early education followed by a Master's of Science in physical education in 2007. Sniegoski also holds his USSF National "A" coaching license.
Sniegoski currently resides in Norfolk with his Wife, Elizabeth Sniegoski.
