The ODU Monarchs (11-5/4-1) return to action Saturday when they host the Dragons of Drexel (12-3/4-1) in a televised CAA match beginning at 4 p.m. in the Ted Constant Convocation Center. Drexel has beaten non conference powers Syracuse, Villanova, St. Joseph's and Temple this season. The Dragons are led by Frank Elegar (14.3 ppg/7.0 rpg), Bashir Mason (12.7 ppg/ 2.5 steals), and Dominick Mejia (11.8 ppg) who scored 34 at the Ted last year. Saturday is also Men's Basketball Alumni Day as players, coaches and managers of the Paul Webb era (1976-85) will be honored at halftime.
