NORFOLK, VA. -- Senior goalkeeper Sam Cameron (Raleigh, NC.) was namedPlayer of the Week by the Colonial Athletic Association. Cameron's seven saves helpedthe Monarchs defeat #5 Wake Forest, 2-0 on Sunday. ODU is 6-0 and has not allowed agoal.

The Monarchs moved up to fourth in three of the four major soccer polls this week.ODU is fourth in the NSCAA/Adidas coaches poll, Soccer America, and Soccer Times. Theyare sixth in College Soccer News. This is the highest rankings ever in ODU men's soccer history.

The Monarchs host the University of Maryland-Baltimore County Wednesday nightat the ODU Soccer Stadium, game time is 7 p.m.
