With the score tied at one in the bottom of the sixth, Tim Hummel(Montgomery,NY.) and Jared Musolf (Lakehurst, NJ.) scored on a Princeton infield error. Inthe bottom of the eighth, Old Dominion broke the game open with seven runs, onrbi hits from Jeff Eure (Pillow, Pa.), Musolf, Ross Robertson (Chesapeake, Va.),and sacrifice fly RBI by Ryan Dunn (Bristol, Va.). Musolf and Brent Sollenberger(Chambersburg,Pa.) had two hits each. Only four of the Monarchs last nine runs were earned.
Jared Musolf also scored in the second inning on a wild pitch from ScottHindman. He crossed home plate three times on the day. Princeton's lone runcame in the third as Max Krance singled home Pat Boran. Krance led the Tigerswith three hits.
Old Dominion hosts Virginia Tech March 14 and 15 at 3 p.m. both days,while Princeton travels to William and Mary on March 14.
