NEW ORLEANS - Old Dominion fourth year forward Riley Stack has been selected to the Preseason All-Sun Belt Third Team, as the conference announced on Monday afternoon. ODU was picked to finish sixth in the Preseason Sun Belt Coaches’ Poll.

Stack joined ODU last season from Coastal Carolina. She finished her first season in the 757 with 82 blocks and ranked sixth in the nation and first in the Sun Belt by a +23-block margin. Old Dominion as a team ranked 12th in the nation and first in the Sun Belt with an average of 5.4 blocks per game. The junior forward from Piedmont, S.C. made seven blocks against ULM which was the most recorded by a Sun Belt player last season. Her six blocks against N.C. Central is tied for second in the conference in all games played.

Stack hit her scoring stride at the Cherokee Invitational. With 12 points against Ole Miss, she finished a game in double-figures for the first time in Silver and Blue and followed it up with a 16-point outing against Indiana State. She then scored a career-high 20 points in 32 minutes in ODU’s 87-84 win against eventual Sun Belt Regular Season Champions Georgia Southern. Stack set a new career-high against ULM on January 28, 2026, with 22 points on 10-for-11 shooting from the field (91%).

Old Dominion women’s basketball has welcomed 13 transfers to the Monarchs’ 2026-27 roster. Three freshmen in addition to several players who have featured on teams in the Power Four and those that shined in D-II and JUCO will feature for the Silver and Blue this season.

Head Coach DeLisha Milton-Jones has made multiple additions to her coaching staff. Her first move was to bring in Gee Lawler as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. She is joining Old Dominion after spending a season at Tarleton State, where she oversaw the recruiting program and worked with post players.

Next, she brought in Natalie Gallant as director of basketball operations. Gallant is joining from Northeastern where she worked as the Huskies’ director of basketball operations from 2023-26. She earned her Masters in sports leadership from Northeastern and her undergraduate degree from Gordon College.

Milton-Jones’ final acquisition was Asia Williams as assistant coach. Williams is joining the Monarchs after previously serving as an assistant coach and recruiting director for the Norfolk State Spartans last season. She worked on implementing post player skill development workouts for the Spartans along with assisting scouting reports, opponent analysis, and game preparation.
