ABOUT THE MONARCHS
Old Dominion is coming off a 1-1 weekend. The Monarchs defeated Furman 12-11 in overtime on Friday night, with Jules Mills scoring a career-high five goals in the win. ODU then suffered a 12-11 loss to Winthrop on Sunday. Goalkeeper Brynn Bowen recorded 12 saves over the weekend, while Ava Salinas made her career debut and recorded a save against Winthrop.
Natalie Calandra-Ryan leads the team with 22 points on 16 goals and six assists. She is followed by Molly Heimerl, who has 17 points on eight goals and nine assists. Lydia Laney has 16 points on three goals and 13 assists.
ABOUT THE MUSKETEERS
Xavier is coming off an 8-7 loss to William & Mary on Sunday. Haley Reeck scored four goals in the loss, while Greer Simonton, Megan Droney, and Samantha Balara each added one. Goalkeeper Jada Brandon made five saves against the Tribe.
Droney leads the team with 17 points on six goals and 11 assists. Maya Graham follows with 16 points on eight goals and eight assists. Balara has 15 points on 11 goals and four assists.
