JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Old Dominion University Swimmer Zachary Redding was named the ASUN Swimmer of the Week, the conference office announced on Tuesday. It is the first time he has earned the honor this season and the sixth of his career.
In the first meet of the 2026 season last Friday against William & Mary, Redding won the 100 butterfly with a time of 48.64.
He followed by finishing second in the 50 freestyle in a time of 20.04 and also took second in the 100 free with a time of 43.97.
Redding earned swimmer of the week honors once as a freshman and four times last season as a sophomore.
