NORFOLK, Va. – The Old Dominion men’s basketball team has announced tip times for its 2025-26 season games at Chartway Arena.
After a 2 p.m. exhibition versus Hampton on Sunday, Oct. 26, the Monarchs will host Randolph College at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 6 in their home opener. ODU will then host crosstown rival Norfolk State at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 11. The team will then be back on its home court on Friday, Nov. 21 for a 7 p.m. meeting with Morgan State.
ODU’s first home game in December will be the TowneBank Royal Rivalry game versus James Madison on Wednesday, Dec. 17. The game is scheduled for a 7 p.m. start and will be the second half of a doubleheader with the ODU women’s team, which is hosting Troy at 11 a.m.
The Monarchs will have a pair of 2 p.m. Sun Belt games against Coastal Carolina on Saturday, Dec. 20 and App State on Wednesday, Dec. 31.
There will be another doubleheader with the ODU women on Saturday, Jan. 3. After the women take on Georgia State at 1 p.m., the men will host Georgia Southern 30 minutes after the women’s game concludes. The men round out the month with a couple of 7 p.m. tips versus Troy on Wednesday, Jan. 21 and against Louisiana on Saturday, Jan. 24.
ULM will come to Norfolk for a 7 p.m. game on Wednesday, Feb. 4, and the Monarchs will host the second leg of the MAC-Sun Belt Challenge on Saturday, Feb. 7 at 7 p.m.
ODU then wraps up its home schedule with a pair of doubleheaders with the women’s team. On Wednesday, Feb. 11, the women will host Coastal Carolina at 5 p.m. and the men will take the court against Marshall 30 minutes after the conclusion of the women’s game. Then on Saturday, Feb. 14, the women’s TowneBank Royal Rivalry game versus JMU is scheduled for a 1 p.m. start with the men’s game against Georgia State to begin 30 minutes after the women’s game ends.
