NORFOLK, Va. – Every Old Dominion Football fan with a ticket account for the game against Liberty will be eligible to win a free seven-day Carnival Cruise for two. Fans can also signup by clicking the link and filling out the form.
Two contestants will be selected to participate in the Nauticus ShipShape Showdown Quiz Show during the Liberty game. The runner-up prize is a Nauticus VIP Battleship Experience for 10 and four tickets to the ODU vs. Georgia State football game on Saturday, Nov. 29. The cruise winner also receives four tickets to the football game against Georgia State.
Contestants will be notified Friday, September 26. No purchase necessary. Not eligible if you are employed by ODU Athletics, Playfly or Nauticus. One entry per person.
The Carnival Cruise giveaway is not the only exciting thing going on around Saturday’s football game against Liberty, as the second annual Dirty Buffalo Wing Eating Contest is back on Kaufman Mall and set for 4:15 p.m. Prior to the wing eating contest, is fittingly a workout performed by Orange Theory at 2 p.m. The workout is free and open to the public. Both events will take place between the Beer Garden and Kids Zone on Kaufman Mall. Four student-athletes are competing in the Wing Eating Contest, including Jordan Battle (Men’s Basketball), Simone Cunningham (Women’s Basketball), Brice Bounds (Men’s Swimming) and Macaddin Dye (Baseball).
The Jeff and Billye Chernitzer Athletics Hall of Fame Ceremony will be held on Friday, Sept. 26 in Chartway Arena. Tickets are still available and can be purchased by clicking here.
