NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion University Football opens the 2025 season on Saturday, Aug. 30 at Indiana on FS1 at 2:30 p.m. and hosts North Carolina Central on Saturday, Sept. 6 at 6 p.m. on ESPN+ in the home opener at Kornblau Field at S.B. Ballard Stadium, the Sun Belt Conference announced on Thursday.
Old Dominion plays Indiana for the first time in program history in the opener. It will be the first time ODU plays on FS1 since the 2014 Conference USA opener against Middle Tennessee.
ODU will play NCCU for the third time in program history but the first time since 2010. ODU leads the series 2-0.
On Saturday, Sept. 13 ODU travels to Virginia Tech for a 7 p.m. kickoff on the ACC Network.
The Sun Belt also announced ODU’s Thursday night contest on Nov. 13 is slated for a 7:30 p.m. start on ESPN.
The Sun Belt Championship Game has been moved to Friday, Dec. 5 at 7 p.m. on ESPN.
