NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion University finished fifth in both the ODU Team Race and George Washington Team Race this weekend.
At the ODU Team Race, the Monarchs went 7-7. They had round one wins against Fordham, Pennsylvania, Charleston, and Wisconsin and round 2 wins against Fordham, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
The skippers were Gianna Dewey, Marina Conde, Allison Volk, and Olivia Gilmore with crew Morgan Auth, Isabelle Kanach, Kristin Johnson, and Lindsey Kaufmann, with Volk also being apart of the crew as well.
At the George Washington Team Race, the Monarchs went 1-7, with the lone win coming against Penn.
The skippers were Diogo Silva, Pierce Brindley, and Blake Goodwin, and the crew was Molly Hanson, Emil Body-Goldberg, and Cadence Goodnight.
