NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion women's golf begins its spring 2025 season this Sunday at the PDI Intercollegiate, hosted by UCF at Eagle Creek Golf Club in Orlando, Florida. The course features a par of 72 and is 6,367 total yards.
Teams will tee off from the first and 10th holes beginning at 8:30 a.m. for Sunday’s opening round and Monday’s second round. Tuesday will feature an 8:45 a.m. shotgun start. Live stats will be available on Scoreboard.
The tournament field will consist of 17 teams. In addition to ODU and the host Knights, other schools competing in the Intercollegiate include Augusta, Baylor, Central Arkansas, College of Charleton, Duke, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi State, Nebraska, North Carolina, Penn State, Sacramento State, South Florida, Tulsa and ULM.
For the Monarchs, the lineup with include Luicia Gonzalez, Barbara Car, Puneet Bajwa, Carley Rudolf, and Mariana Arronte, with Alina Shchepteva performing individually.
On Feb. 3-5, 2024 at the UCF Challenge, the Monarchs finished 17th out of 18 total teams with a three-day total of 902, finishing 38 strokes over par. Carley Rudolf led ODU with a total score of 222 at six shots over par. She tied for 59th place in the field of 85.
