ITHACA, N.Y. – Old Dominion University Sailing finished in sixth place at the MAISA Women’s Top Nine Regatta, while the Monarchs finished ninth in the open event.
The Division A duo for the women’s squad of Gianna Dewey and Allison Volk delivered four top-five places and a race win. The Division B squad of Marina Conde and Morgan Auth had one top-five finish.
In the open race, Blake Goodwin, Cadence Goodnight, Pierce Brindley and Molly Hanson helped ODU to the ninth-place finish.
ODU will compete in a trio of events this coming weekend, including the Women’s ACC Prelims, the Van Duyne Regatta and the CofC Interconference.
