NORFOLK, Va. – TheOld Dominion women's golf team is headed back to Florida for the second time this week as the Monarchs continue their spring season at the Columbia Classic presented by Moon Golf.

The Lions are hosting the three-day tournament at Duran Golf Club in Melbourne, Florida, which features a par of 72 and is 6,303 total yards. The first two rounds on Saturday and Sunday will see the field teeing off from the first and 10th holes beginning at 8 a.m., while Monday's final round is scheduled for an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start. Columbia will be scoring the Classic with Golf Genius.

Joining ODU and the tournament hosts will be lineups from Cal State Fullerton, Dartmouth, Eastern Kentucky, Emory, James Madison, Kennesaw State, Penn State, Princeton, Richmond, Seton Hall, St. John's, UAlbany, Yale and Youngstown State. There will also be 10 individuals competing for a total of 90 golfers. Representing the Monarchs will be Carley Rudolf, Puneet Bajwa, Klara Wildhaber, Lucia Gonzalez and Leiu Yuenyong.

Last year's Columbia Classic was shortened to a 36-hole tournament due to high winds in the area during the second round. ODU finished sixth out of 14 teams with a combined 22-over par 598. Federica Torre and Lucia Gonzalez carded a pair of five-over 149s to tie for 23rd in the individual standings, and Leah Onosato and Minami Kudo were one stroke behind them and tied for 29th at 150. Klara Wildhaber rounded out the lineup with a final tally of 154 to finish tied for 45th.
