"The conference championships are what we train for all year.  The past few weeks, all our boats have found a good amount of speed consistently.  We've talked a lot about staying internal and focus on the process of rowing the race," said head coach Brian Conley.  "If we can execute everything like we've done in practice, I see a good day in Oak Ridge for the Monarchs.  It's a short day so we only get one chance at this just like everyone else, bringing the "A" game is what we need to do from stroke one. I'm excited to see what this group will do!"
