ODU Lacrosse Hosts William & Mary In Home Opener On Wednesday.

NORFOLK, Va.- The Old Dominion Women's lacrosse team will play William & Mary on Wednesday, Feb. 22 at 5 p.m. in the team's home opener. ODU is coming off a 13-3 win over Radford on Saturday, Feb. 18. Lilly Siskind scored five goals in the victory, and she scored three against VCU on Wednesday. She was named to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll for her performances. 
 
Siskind leads the team offensively with 12 points and 10 goals also adding two assists. Sydney Taylor is second on the team with six goals. Moira Olexa leads the team in assists with five. Gracyn Roth and Maria Rekus have caused a team-high six turnovers. Caroline Shaefer is the leader in draw controls with 10 and Jenna Peccia has picked up 20 ground balls as well as making 27 saves in goal. 
 
William & Mary is coming off a 20-4 loss to #21 Richmond on Wednesday, Feb. 15. Three members on the Tribe have scored two goals. Sarah Cipolla leads the team in points (4), assists (2) and tied for goals (2). 
 
Last season William & Mary defeated the Monarchs 18-11 in Williamsburg. The Tribe lead the all-time series 38-13.
