NORFOLK, VA. – The No. 14 Old Dominion Field Hockey will hit the road on Friday, Oct 21 for a BIG EAST matchup with Temple at 2 p.m. before coming back home for Senior Day on Sunday, Oct. 23 at 12 p.m. when ODU takes on VCU.
 
Friday's game will be streamed on ESPN+ while Sunday's will be broadcasted on Monarch Media.
 
Senior Day will take place before the game on Sunday, three seniors will be honored: Cam MacGillivray, Courtney Lynch, and Brooke Gasser. 
 
Old Dominion is coming off a pair of wins over the weekend scoring 15 goals in two games. The Monarchs took down Providence 7-0 on Friday and then blew past Queens 8-0 on. Sunday. ODU is currently riding a six-game win streak going into this weekend. Sacha de Gier was named BIG EAST Freshman of the week as she scored three goals over the weekend while Aubrey Mytych and Delphine Le Jeune were named to the Honor Roll. Marlon de Bruijne currently leads the Monarchs in points (30) and goals (12) while Frederique Zandbergen leads the team in assists with 11. MacGillivray has been the focal point for the Monarchs defense as she is currently tied for second in the nation in save percentage coming in at .831 and sixth in goals against average at .923. 
 
Temple is coming off a weekend split as they lost to #16 Liberty, 1-0 on Friday but then bounced back and beat Brown, 3-1 on Sunday. The Owls are led by Tess Muller who has 18 points, McKenna Burkhardt leads the team with eight goals and Annie Judge leads the team with 10 assists.
 
VCU is coming off a weekend split with a loss to #18 Massachusetts, 2-1 on Friday but then came back on Sunday and defeated Providence, 4-2. Bridget McCormick leads the Rams with 19 points and eight goals. Litiana Field currently leads the team in assists (5) and is second in points (15).
