AUGUSTA, Ga. – Old Dominion University Football punter Ethan Duane was named a Ray's 8 punter of the Week, the Ray Guy Award announced on Monday. The Ray Gay Award Punter of the Week will be announced tomorrow.
In ODU's 20-17 win over Virginia Tech on Friday, Duane punted eight times for a 48.6-yard average. He had a long punt of 57 yards with two downed inside the 20. ODU allowed only three return yards on his eight punts.
