NORFOLK, Va. – Coming off a 2-0 win over 20th-ranked Campbell University on Friday night, the Old Dominion men's soccer team is back in action on Tuesday night hosting William & Mary at 7 p.m.
The Monarchs used a goal and an assist from Michael Eberle and stellar play in goal from Michael Statham as ODU (2-2) knocked off the Camels. Eberle leads the team with two goals and one assist for five points, while Tristan Jenkins has one goal. He scored the opening goal of the night for the Monarchs in the win over Campbell.
William & Mary (1-2-2) enters the contest after a 2-1 win over Delaware on Saturday night. Senior Alexander Levengood's diving header in the 81st minute proved to be the game-winner for the Tribe in their win.
Old Dominion leads the all-time series 24-23-8 and has won the last four meetings in the matchup. The Monarchs won the last two meetings by identical 1-0 scores in 2019 and 2020.
