Monarchs in the NFL Update - Wild Card Round

ODU had three former Monarchs play in the NFL this weekend. Here is how they did.

Old Dominion was one of two schools (UNC) during the Wild Card Round to have a player pass for a touchdown and catch a touchdown. 

Zach Pascal caught three passes for 37 yards and a touchdown for the Indianapolis Colts in a 27-24 loss to the Buffalo Bills.

Rashaad Coward played as a reserve offensive lineman for the Chicago Bears in a 21-9 loss to the New Orleans Saints.

Taylor Heinicke started at quarterback for the Washington Football Team and completed 26-of-44 passes for 306 yards, one touchdown and an interception. He also rushed six times for 46 yards and a touchdown.
