NORFOLK, Va. – The 2021 college baseball season is officially over and the Conference USA champion Monarchs made a mark not just in the Old Dominion baseball record books, but also near the top of several team and individuals rankings this season. ODUSports.com did a dive into those rankings.

Final Top 25 Rankings
For the first time since 1985, Old Dominion was featured in the final Top-25 polls. The final ranking of No. 16 is the highest final ranking in ODU history.

In the individual categories, nine players ranked in the top-50 in 15 separate categories, including Andy Garriola tying for the nation's lead with 72 RBIs, and Kyle Battle tying for third in walks with 56.

The Monarchs also broke the home runs in a single game record, twice, while Andy Garriola drilled three home runs in ODU's 13-5 C-USA Tournament win over Florida Atlantic, tying the single-game record.
