NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion University sailing placed fourth at the MAISA South Team Race Championships on Saturday.
ODU went 4-6 on the day, as the skippers for the Monarchs were Bridget Groble, Dreugh Phillips and Parker Purrington, while the crew were Emily Harrison, Makalynne Dyer and Katherine Barton.
The Monarchs went 1-4 in the first round, with a win over Christopher Newport.
ODU improved in the second round with a 3-2 mark, with victories over CNU, Georgetown and Georgetown.
