NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion and ESPN Radio 94.1 have partnered together for Throwback Thursday Monarch Rewinds to air great ODU games of the past. This week's rewind is Taylor Heinicke's record-setting performance in the 64-61 come-from-behind win over New Hampshire.

"I've been here at the station for 21 of the 27-year partnership with ODU Sports. We are excited to bring back some nostalgic games to re-air for ODU fans and alumni to reminisce," said Keith Barton, Vice President and General Manager of Max Media of Hampton Roads. "We can't wait to get back to live sports and events here in Hampton Roads, but for the short term, I hope everyone enjoys some ODU Sports Radio!"

ODU play by play announcer Ted Alexander and football color analyst Andy Mashaw are on the call.

It was Taylor Heinicke's day, but it was all New Hampshire early, as the Wildcats jumped out to a 16-3 lead at the end of the first quarter and led by 10 at halftime. But Heinicke and the Monarchs were just getting warmed up, and after New Hampshire took a 47-24 lead early in the third quarter, ODU was just getting started.

ODU scored twice in the third quarter and outscored NH 26-7 in the final stanza to pull out a 64-61 win.

Heinicke still holds FCS records for most yards passing in a quarter (293), most yards in a half (480) and a game (730), as well as most passes attempted without an interception (79) and total offense in a quarter (293), in a half (496) and in a game (791).
