NORFOLK, Va. – The Old Dominion lacrosse team returns home from a brief two-game road trip on Saturday, February 22 to take on Radford at the L.R. Hill Sports Complex at 1 p.m.

ODU is coming off of an 11-4 loss at William & Mary on Wednesday night, their lowest scoring output on the young season. Senior Stephanie Allen collected two points in the effort, registering a goal and an assist, while Claire Porter, Lilly Siskind and Amber Stieve also scored for ODU. Michelle Hallman added two assists to her ledger, bringing her season total to five in the category, tied for second on the team.

In goal, freshman Sabrina Leatherwood gathered 11 saves, reaching double-digit saves for the third-consecutive game.

Leatherwood is the reigning BIG EAST Freshman of the Week, while senior Glory Johnson was named the conference's Attacker of the Week in the same release. Johnson is currently leading the BIG EAST in goals (15), points (21) and draw controls per game (8.25). Those totals also put her among the top in the nation, as she comes into Saturday's game sixth in both goals and points, and eighth in draw controls per game. Currently, Leatherwood leads the BIG EAST and is eighth in the country with 35 saves.

About Radford
The Highlanders won their season-opening game against Saint Francis (Pa.), but have lost two in a row since then, including falling to No. 22 Virginia Tech, 19-2 this past Wednesday. ODU will be the third straight Virginia foe that Radford faces.

In goal, Maddie Bowman has played the entirety of all three games the Highlanders have played, collecting 33 saves for a save percentage of .434.

In the Big South's preseason poll, Radford was selected to finish fifth in the seven-team league, while defender Katie Bendrick and attacker Brittany Rinaldi were named to the preseason All-Conference Team.
